REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Non-Refundable Expenses: Registration fees or other expenses incurred by the participating teams will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- No Refund for Late Arrivals: Teams arriving late to competition venues will be disqualified, with no provision for refunds or retests.
- False Declarations: Teams disqualified for providing inaccurate or false information will forfeit any refunds or reimbursements
- Important Note: The organizing team of ASC reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and cancellation requests. Participating teams accept these terms by registering for the competition.
